• Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle concerns and service needs
• Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly, providing accurate estimates and timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and schedule repairs efficiently
• Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs and customer preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments securely
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle history
• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Promote dealership services, warranty programs, and special offers to enhance customer loyalty
• Ensure all work is documented in accordance with dealership policies and industry standards
