Automotive Service Concierge

 As the primary contact for our service customers, a Service Concierge also creates the impression of our brand. As a result, they play a critical role in promoting and ensuring a high level of customer experience from the moment of their visit to our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a strong, positive first impression of the dealership by presenting a professional appearance and an efficient, cordial, business-like presence


• Professionally meet and greet every customer entering the service drive-thru


• Introduce every customer to a service advisor according to the rotation schedule


• Assist clients with auto rentals (preparing rental agreements, check-in and out) and keeping rentals organized.


• Valet vehicles from the drive-thru to the service lot


• Organize the service lot and maintain a clean and professional atmosphere


• Assist in cleaning, organizing, and fueling company and customer vehicles


• Comply with all safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe working environment

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned or modified as necessary throughout the course of your employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year customer service experience


• Ability to work in a team environment to achieve customer experience and satisfaction goals


• Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications


• Dealership or concierge experience preferred


• Valid Class 5 BC driver’s license and clean driver's abstract

Logistical Requirements

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, available at our Dueck Richmond location. On occasions, employees may be required to work extended hours, including weekends, to meet deadlines based on the needs of the business.
