NOW HIRING: Automotive Technician Apprentice

LOCATION: Centennial Nissan of Charlottetown, PEI

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (+ Saturday mornings during peak seasons only)

WAGES: $40,000 - $50,000/year + benefits (negotiable based on experience)

As a valued member of our Centennial team, you will diagnose, repair and service vehicles in a fast paced repair facility.  This is an exciting opportunity for you to get your foot in the door and learn a great trade in the automotive industry.  

APPLICABLE SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid driver’s license 


• Excellent standards of quality control and keeping accurate records


• Positive attitude and a good work ethic


• Committed to continual learning of the trade


• PEI Motor Vehicle Inspection License will be considered an asset


• Knowledgeable in vehicle electrical systems and fault diagnostics 


• Excellent standards of quality control and accurate record-keeping 


• Attention to detail ensuring precision in all tasks


• Strong organizational skills to maintain a clean and safe work environment


• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and in a fast-paced environment

JOB TASKS:

• Complete service or repair according to the work orders efficiently and accurately


• Perform scheduled vehicle maintenance and repairs


• Provide customers with a great overall experience


• Complete ongoing training


• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures


• Ensure the work environment is clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety
