AZ Driver

Gillfor Distribution is seeking a AZ Driver to join our branch in Sudbury, Ontario. As part of our Lumber Yard team at our Sudbury Distribution Centre, you will work in a team environment reporting directly to our Yard Supervisor. This is a Monday to Friday position and does not require weekend work. The ideal candidate is an energetic, team player with excellent organizational and time management skills. In addition to this, qualified applicants must have:

Qualifications

• Heavy vehicle driving/Class 1: 3 years (required)
• Valid driver's license with no violations (required)

Skills & Competencies

• Must be comfortable with both city and highway driving, regular tight turns, and backup into small docks
• Must be comfortable lifting up to 60lbs consistently
• Follow company rules and regulations in regards to safety and hours of service
• Efficiency and speed in completing tasks within the agreed time frame
• Excellent customer service skills

Shift and schedule

• Monday to Friday
• 8 hours per day
• Day shift
