Azure APIM & Self-Hosted Gateway Administrator - HYBRID

Collaborate with architects and developers to define API interfaces in APIM and perform initial smoke tests using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Troubleshoot integration issues, including IP allow-listing, certificate trust chains, and firewall rules, using Kusto Query Language (KQL) and Azure Log Analytics. Manage environment deployments (DEV to QA to PROD) using Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates and Azure Pipelines for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Create and manage ServiceNow Change Requests for CAB/TAB review before production migrations. Implement Azure Private Links, monitor logs, and set up alerts to ensure the reliability of the Self-Hosted Gateway. Document operational procedures, maintain a certificate inventory in Azure Key Vault, and author knowledge base articles for knowledge transfer 5+ years of hands-on experience in Azure API Management (APIM), Self-Hosted Gateway and related Azure services (Application Gateway, WAF, Private Link). 3+ years strong troubleshooting skills using Kusto Query Language (KQL), Azure Log Analytics and familiarity with Postman/SoapUI for API testing. 3+ years experience with Infrastructure as Code (ARM templates) and CI/CD using Azure Pipelines. 3+ years with API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI. 3+ years with IT change management processes and ServiceNow. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are highly desirable. Experience with Azure Private Link and Application Gateway configurations. Knowledge of Azure Monitor for setting up alerts and monitoring SHG environments. Background in documenting operational procedures and creating knowledge base articles. Familiarity with related Azure services such as Key Vault and WAF policies.
