Job Summary:

We are seeking a nimble, fast-paced B2B Growth Marketing Specialist with a "growth hacker" mindset to serve as the strategist and manager of multi-channel campaigns for Xtract One. This role focuses primarily on campaign strategy, rapid program execution, and aggressively driving top-of-funnel pipeline growth (qualified leads, meeting bookings, and prospect engagement), complemented by strong hands-on technical management of our growth stack. The ideal candidate thrives in agile, rapid-growth environments where campaign execution speed, creative testing, and top-of-funnel results take center stage.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Multi-Channel Execution:

• Campaign Strategy: Define target market segments, buyer personas, and messaging frameworks. Develop the key multi-touch tactics and content channels needed to reach the right audience with impactful insights.


• Sequence & Outbound Orchestration: Design, structure, and manage multi-touch outbound sales sequences (emails, LinkedIn touches, task flows) to accelerate lead acquisition velocity and drive meeting bookings for sales representatives.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the air traffic controller for campaign assets, partnering with the Content Specialist for messaging copy and Social Media Specialist for promotional materials.

Marketing Automation & Growth Stack Management:

• Data Integration & Enrichment: Serve as the hands-on technical owner of our B2B data-acquisition workflows, leveraging Apollo.io for contact enrichment and target-account list building.


• HubSpot & Salesforce Synchronization: Partner closely with our internal Sales Ops Specialist to map data schemas, maintain contact database hygiene, and ensure absolute data consistency between HubSpot and Salesforce.


• Conversational AI & Live Routing: Deploy and manage our native AI conversational booking engine (HubSpot Breeze AI) to capture, qualify, and route hot inbound accounts directly to sales calendars.


• Deliverability & Tech Health: Actively monitor and protect domain deliverability health standards (DKIM, DMARC, SPF, and tracking domains) to ensure peak inbox placement for all outbound sequences.


• Paid Media Setup: Partner with the Director of Demand Gen to execute target-account list matching and audience setup across search networks and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to support active sales outreach.

Qualifications:

• Post Education: College or university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Active HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Revenue Operations) are highly preferred and strongly advantageous. 


• Experience: 3+ years in B2B Demand Generation or Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of success in nimble, fast-growth startups or mid-market companies.

• HubSpot Mastery & Technical Stack Expertise: Advanced, hands-on technical proficiency in HubSpot administration, complex workflow logic, lead scoring models, technical integrations, and campaign infrastructure.


• Salesforce Competency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce objects (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities) and data-sync structures.


• Apollo.io & LinkedIn Proficiency: Direct, hands-on experience using Apollo (or similar) for list building, data enrichment, and outbound sales engagement, alongside LinkedIn targeting capabilities.


• Collaborative & Technical Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate system data into actionable marketing campaigns while aligning with Sales Ops on database schemas.
