- Prepare dough/batters for cakes as well as cheese cakes, icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders

- Operate machinery as per specifications as well as keep clean after use

- Bake mixed doughs and batters to perfection

- Prepare frosting and decorate cakes

- Ensure quality of products meets established standards to ensure consistency

- Follow production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce

- May train other baking personnel to transfer skills

- Scaling of other raw materials as per quantity

- Preparation of chocolate sauces, mousses, truffles and other

- Other related duties that apply

- Clearing of work space as per industry standard

- Baking preparation work

Able to lift 50 repetitively as required

Shift work is required including evenings, nights and weekends
