Banquets Houseperson

Banquets Houseperson

Our Banquets Houseperson is an integral part of our operation, ensuring set-up and tear-down of all of our events, working closely with the Banquets Team to ensure Event Orders are met, and events are meeting guest expectations.

This is a full-time, permanent position, starting at the end of June.

Starting Pay Rate: $18.60 per hour

We recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $24.75

Job Duties Include:

• Set-up and breakdown of function rooms
• To provide any service required by the guests on the banquet floor.
• To help maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Upholds the highest standard of internal and external customer service at all times.

• One year experience in a Food & Beverage operation.
• Previous Banquet experience an asset.
• Must be able to lift approximately 50 lbs. and be physically fit.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision and be a self-starter.
