Barrie SC - League 2 Mens Head Coach

• POSITION STATUS: Part-time, Contract

• REPORTS TO: Technical Director

• APPLICATION DEADLINE: Until position is filled

• START DATE: August 5, 2024

• Oversee and organize weekly training plans and sessions.

• Weekly Communication with Player/Coaches and Club staff.

• Assist in tryout and player selections.

• Provide written and verbal feedback to players as needed.

• Work with the Rovers Premier Team Head Coach, & Sporting Director to identify players & ensure the Club Game Model is being executed.

• Attend additional training and/or workshops run by the BSC or a third party, as per the guidance of the Technical Director.

• Canadian Nat B or in progress

• Making Ethical Decisions, Making Headway in soccer, Respect in Sport Activity Leader (all required)

• Up to date Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector included

• Safe Sport, Emergency Action Plan & Mental Health in Sport 10 years coaching experience

• Applicants must be permitted to work in Ontario
