Bartender - Francophone Mobility Program

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve classic cocktails and create innovative new beverages.
  

• Supervise and lead the bar team, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.
  

• Manage the cold room, including keg systems, CO2, and beer line maintenance.
  

• Oversee bar inventory, ordering, stock rotation, and supply management.
  

• Ensure proper bar prep, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
  

• Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with guests professionally and warmly.
  

• Train and mentor junior bar staff.
  

• Collaborate with management to develop and implement new drink menus.
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of international bar experience, ideally in hotels, high -volume venues, or recognized establishments.
  

• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to design creative new drinks.
  

• Hands -on experience with keg management, cold rooms, and CO2 systems.
  

• Experience managing inventory, supplies, and bar prep.
  

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent customer interaction skills.
  

• Passionate about beer and cocktails (wine knowledge is welcome but not a focus for this role).
  

• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure.
  

• Flexible and proactive, able to adapt in fast -paced bar environments.
