Basketball Head Coach

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Basketball Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in basketball play or basketball coaching, with a focus on educating and developing players.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs for individual players and the team as a whole


• Instruct players on the rules, regulations, and strategies of basketball


• Organize and conduct practice sessions to enhance player skills


• Analyze player performance and provide feedback for improvement


• Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential

Experience and background requires:

• Having 5 years or more of basketball teaching experience or former professional basketball player


• Strong knowledge of basketball techniques, tactics, and game strategies


• Excellent communication and leadership skills, speak English is a must


• Having NCCP certification or willing to obtain NCCP certification before starting the job


• Ability to work effectively with players of all skill levels

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
