We're Hiring – Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

Compensation: $19.00-24.00

Availability Required: Monday-Saturday Availability *Occasional Saturday's.

Hours: 9-2 pm *As required, more based on seasonality, promotions, etc. 

Location: Fort Erie Toyota

You’ll love your position as an Appointment Coordinator:

• Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis


• Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics  


• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments  


• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile  


• Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way  


• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets  


• Other duties as assigned
  
  

We’d love to hear from you, if: 

• Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred


• Track record of accomplishing targets  


• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening  


• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types  


• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively  


• Successful completion of High School Diploma or equivalency


• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
