Your Role at Iceberg Finance

As a Bilingual Collections & Client Services Agent, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring the efficiency of our collections and recovery processes.

 Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone and email


• Following up with clients in arrears and managing outstanding accounts


• Initiating and monitoring legal recovery procedures


• Coordinating with legal teams on cases sent to litigation


• Researching client details for enforcement of judgments


• Liaising with insurance companies in the event of total vehicle losses


• Coordinating with impound lots during vehicle seizures


• Collaborating with our investigations team on escalated files
