Bilingual Legal Assistant

Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Assistant with prior legal experience to support our legal team during a part-time trial period, with the intent to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and confident, communicating with clients in both written and verbal formats.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads via phone


• Conduct client intake calls and accurately complete intake forms


• Prepare and complete legal documents using firm-approved templates


• Communicate professionally with clients in both languages


• Assist attorneys with administrative and case-related tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• Fully bilingual (written and verbal proficiency required)


• Prior legal assistant or law office experience


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in personal injury, workers’ compensation, or criminal defense


• Familiarity with legal intake procedures and document preparation

Employment Structure

This position begins as a half-time trial role. Upon successful completion of the trial period, the position will transition to full-time employment.
