Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Bilingual Network Operations Manager - Transport Networks to oversee our Network Operations Center (NOC) and support our service assurance teams. In this role, you will be essential in managing TNOC workload planning, leading the operational teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for high-priority network incident escalations.

Key Responsibilities


  • Provide operational leadership and workload management for both the NOC operations and technician support teams. 

  • Assist and manage critical incident escalations by coordinating field dispatches, procuring spare cards, and ensuring rapid service restoration.

  • Drive workload planning and take proactive actions to balance team coverage to meet operational demands.

  • Act as an operational escalation point, coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve complex network issues efficiently.

  • Ensure all operational procedures, safety protocols, and documentation standards are followed within the NOC.



 

Critical Qualifications


  • Solid experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment, specifically within telecommunications or transport networks.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to manage incident escalations, coordinate technician dispatch, and handle emergency logistics (e.g., spare parts).

  • Strong capability in workload management, scheduling, and resource allocation.

  • Ability to work well under pressure in a 24/7 critical operations environment.

  • Excellent communication skills in both English and French.


 


Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
