Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time Bilingual Project Coordinator to join our esteemed client, a well-established global technology company. · Shifts: 9 AM – 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Project Execution - Meet project requirements (kick-off meetings, deadline management, client status reporting and other necessary project communication, and coordinate with the various operational teams) to deliver all project deliverables on time, within budget and at the highest quality standards
· Internal Collaboration - Work with internal operational groups throughout the projects’ lifecycles and coordinating deliverables to meet project objectives.
· Client Communication - Respond to client communications timely and accurately; understand client needs and feedback, collaborate and consult with clients and/or support project management team in doing so; follow-up and communicate client's needs internally.
· Documentation & Reporting – Draft project telephone scripts and website text, assist in development of business rules as well provide project reporting, perform analysis of reporting to ensure quality and contextualize results for client.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant industry experience is preferred
1+ year work experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment
Bilingualism, French and English fluency, is a must
Experience in drafting written content for program related materials
Experience in working with databases is preferred
Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, calm demeanor
Critical thinking skills and a keen attention to detail are required, with the ability to efficiently gather and process information in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skillset with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to collaborate in a team environment
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
