Responsibilities for Bilingual Tactical Scheduler

• 
  
  Monitor and respond to incoming phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  
  


• 
  
  Manage employee book-offs and secure suitable replacement personnel
  
  


• 
  
  Create and maintain schedules using workforce management software
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure all open shifts are filled while minimizing overtime costs
  
  


• 
  
  Coordinate with Account Managers, Portfolio Directors, clients, and security personnel
  
  


• 
  
  Administer schedule changes and staffing adjustments
  
  


• 
  
  Monitor employee safety and operational compliance programs
  
  


• 
  
  Escalate operational concerns, customer complaints, and service issues as required
  
  


• 
  
  Maintain accurate scheduling records and operational documentation
  
  


• 
  
  Participate in projects and initiatives that support Operations Centre objectives
  
  

Qualifications for Bilingual Tactical Scheduler

• 
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent
  
  


• 
  
  Fluent in both English and French (verbal and written)
  
  


• 
  
  Experience in scheduling, dispatching, workforce coordination, customer service, or a related field
  
  


• 
  
  Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  
  


• 
  
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  
  


• 
  
  Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
  
  


• 
  
  Available to work a continental rotation, including 12-hour day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays
  
  


• 
  
  Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
