Job Title Bilingual Technical Support Analyst Job Description Learner. Listener. Solutions-provider. Oh, and you also speak English and French. Do you enjoy staying busy working alongside customers and walking them through technical issues? This is the job for you. Key Responsibilities Some of what you will be doing:
• You will be the voice of Sage when our customers need phone or chat support for Sage ERP software products. These issues may be technical or application issues. Or even just customer support!
• You will enable our customers to get back to their business by helping them with questions or issues regarding Sage’s products or services.
• You will use your empathetic and human-centered approach to go above and beyond for the customer.
• Using your passion for creating world-class customer experiences, you will build fantastic relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum qualifications:
-Bilingual in English and French
-Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service/Support Experience in the PC environment (Troubleshooting, installing/uninstalling)
-Learner and applier of technical knowledge (we’ll teach you!) You consider listening your first reaction to reaching solutions
