Billing, SaaS Operations & Procurement Specialist

Prehos develops an innovative SaaS platform dedicated to the prehospital sector. Our mission is to provide paramedic teams with powerful, easy-to-use technological tools to improve the quality and efficiency of care in the field. In a context of sustained growth and evolving business model, we are looking for a Billing, SaaS Operations & Procurement Specialist to structure, analyze, and optimize our recurring revenues, while ensuring rigorous management of purchasing and vendor relationships.

You will be responsible for billing operations, the performance of our SaaS subscription model, and procurement management. Beyond billing, your role is to ensure the reliability of recurring revenues, track key metrics (MRR, churn, LTV, etc.), and provide concrete analyses to support financial and commercial decisions. In parallel, you will ensure the efficiency and rigor of our purchasing processes, from request to vendor payment, in close collaboration with the Director of Finance & Administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Billing & Subscription Management Manage the complete billing cycle for subscriptions (monthly and annual).
  


• Create and maintain customer accounts in billing systems.
  


• Process adjustments (upgrades, downgrades, prorations, cancellations).
  


• Monitor payments and overdue invoices.
  


• Recurring Revenue Tracking (MRR/ARR) Maintain rigorous tracking of MRR and ARR. Produce monthly reports on new revenue, expansion, contraction, and churn. Analyze variations and explain net revenue movements.
  


• SaaS Performance Analysis Track key metrics: churn (gross and net), LTV, ARPU, LTV/CAC ratio, payback period.
  


• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, and Sales teams to interpret this data.
  


• Identify trends and recommend actions to support growth and retention.
  


• Pricing Model & Optimization Analyze the performance of subscription plans and add-on modules.
  


• Contribute to discussions on pricing and promotions.
  


• Optimize billing tools and CRM integrations to improve process efficiency.
  


• Reconciliation & Compliance Collaborate with the Director of Finance & Administration to ensure consistency between billing data and recognized revenues. Verify compliance with revenue recognition practices.
  

Procurement Management Manage the complete purchasing cycle, from receiving internal requests through to approval and vendor invoice payment.

• Maintain and update the vendor registry, contracts, and negotiated purchasing terms.
  


• Track purchase orders and reconcile with received invoices.
  


• Evaluate and compare vendor offerings to optimize costs while maintaining quality.
  


• Support the renewal and negotiation of service and license contracts (software, technology vendors, service providers, etc.). Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies and contribute to their continuous improvement.
  


• Collaborate with internal teams to anticipate needs and plan purchases proactively.
  

Requirements

• Degree in accounting, administration, operations management, or a related field.
  


• 2 to 5 years of experience in billing, SaaS revenue, financial analysis, or procurement.
  


• Good understanding of subscription models and SaaS metrics (MRR, churn, LTV, etc.).
  


• Experience in procurement or Procure-to-Pay cycle management, an asset.
  


• Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  


• Excellent attention to detail and rigor.
  


• Analytical mindset and comfort with data. Comfortable with technology tools (CRM, billing tools, Excel/Sheets).
  


• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams.
