Birthday Party Activity Leader

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and reliable Birthday Party Activity Leader to help create unforgettable birthday experiences for children ages 4–13.

If you love working with kids, have a fun personality, and enjoy leading games and activities, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging, age-appropriate games and activities in our gym during birthday party rentals.


• Keep children active, entertained, and included throughout the event.


• Adapt activities to suit different age groups (4–13 years).


• Ensure a safe, positive, and organized environment.


• Communicate professionally with parents and party hosts.


• Assist with party setup, transitions, basic cleanup as needed and closing procedures.


• Work alongside other team members to ensure each party runs smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children through camps, sports, coaching, teaching, childcare, or similar programs is an asset.


• Confident leading groups of children with enthusiasm and energy.


• Friendly, dependable, and punctual.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Ability to think on your feet and keep children engaged.


• First Aid/CPR certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule

• Primarily weekends.


• Part-time, with flexible shifts based on birthday party bookings.
