BMC/Remedy Systems Analyst

There is a 6 months contract opportunity for BMC/Remedy Systems Analyst in Ottawa.

Candidate must have Enhanced Reliability security clearance.

Must have 3+ years’ experience with BMC Helix product suite, expertise in the area of Service Management Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL),

for translating enterprise business requirements into systems design and technical specifications.

The candidate must have a wide range of knowledge including installation, configuration, customization, implementation, and maintenance of the BMC Helix / Remedy suite of products.

The candidate must have Enhanced Reliability security clearance .

Overview:

BMC/Remedy Systems Analyst resource with expertise in the area of Service Management Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and the BMC Helix product suite for translating enterprise business requirements into systems design and technical specifications. The BMC Systems Analyst must have a wide range of knowledge including installation, configuration, customization, implementation, and maintenance of the BMC Helix / Remedy suite of products.

Key requirements:

• Must have 3+ years of experience with the BMC Helix product suite
• Must have 3+ years of experience in translating enterprise business requirements into systems design and technical specifications.
• Must be able to meet with stakeholders, including management, service providers, technical staff and clients to analyze client’s business requirements
• Must have 3+ years of experience in providing technical and best practice recommendations for BMC Helix technology with focus on the implementation work plan recommendations/instructions within cloud for:

o BMC Helix ITSM

o BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced

o BMC Orchestration

• Must have 3+ years of experience in providing systems analysis and design activities and tasks with focus on:

o Software Requirements Specification

o Architectural Design (Logical and Physical)

o Conceptual Data Modeling

o Integration points with existing tool sets

o BMC Common Data Model for the Atrium CMDB

• Must have experience in producing the required functional and technical specifications or process re-engineering recommendations
• Must have experience in providing application support to end-users by troubleshooting and correcting issues, providing training, and reporting to management.
• Must have a University or College degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent field

• Must have Enhanced Reliability security clearance to be able to work on Federal government projects.
