Job Description
The Bookkeeper we are looking for will have to follow the invoice approval process before payment. You will also have to communicate with suppliers and customers by email and phone as well handling all bookkeeping functions including:

• ● Invoicing


• ● Daily upkeep of tasks


• ● Accounts Receivable


• ● Accounts Payable


• ● Email clients/suppliers as required


• ● Inventory adjustments


• ● Amortization of expenses/revenue


• ● Depreciation of assets


• ● Distribute regular financial reports


• ● Sales tax filings (PST & GST/HST)


• ● Reconciliations


• ● Receipt filing

Qualifications

• ● Highly organized with attention to detail


• ● Time and schedule sensitive


• ● Proficient in written and spoken English


• ● Strong understanding and experience using accounting systems and processes


• ● QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience
