Reporting directly to the Manager, Client Services, the Box Office Representative will provide on site support to AdmitONE clients and venues in execution of events from a Box Office perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive and proactive approach to ticketing activities at the Box Office with a strong commitment to superior customer service


• Provide support and assistance to the Box Office Lead in all areas of Box Office and ticketing operations including ticket processing using AdmitONE


• Work from the Queen Elizabeth Theatre, Annabel's, Adelaide Hall as well as Offsite rental venues for in-person ticket sales and answering guest questions about AdmitONE and our venues.


• Inventory Management (releasing holds, processing paid and comp sales)


• Communicate with both venue and production managers pre-show to ensure all event information is received and understood


• Some local travel may be required from time to time.


• Other duties as required.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Our shows and events take place in the evenings, during weekends and on holidays. As a result, flexibility to work these shifts is required.


• Flexibility to work the box office at other various venues throughout may be required.


• Excellent written and verbal communication.


• Accuracy and strong attention to detail.


• Ability to maintain strong relationships with those both inside and outside the business.
