Main Duties

• Responsible for set up and operation of CNC Amada brake press (8ft)

• Understanding of operation and setup of Pullmax Brake Press (12ft) , Cincinnati Brake Press (12ft) is an Asset.

• Knowledge and Ability to Apply/Use Metric Dimensions.

• Able to form Aluminum and Steel Components to Manufacturing Drawing Specifications

• Ability to read a Measuring Tape, Manufacturing Drawings, Calipers and Protractors

• Adhere to Company Safety Procedures and Protocol

• Flexible and Adaptable to high and low volume products or parts

• Computer knowledge - Email, MS Office, ERP etc

• Communicate Continuous Improvement Opportunities to Team Lead or Supervisor

• Growth Opportunities for other Manufacturing Equipment

• Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude and Attention to Detail.

• Strong communication skills

• 0-2 years of Brake Press Experience (onsite training)

• Mathematical Skill Set

• Ability to work Independently and in a Team Environment

• Understanding of Metal Fabrication Processes

• Ability to use Manual Equipment is an asset

• Eligible to Work in Canada
