We’re looking for a Branch Manager who is a strong people leader, customer-focused, organized and business-minded—and who wants to make a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing branch team.


• Drive branch sales, revenue, customer service and operational performance.


• Build strong relationships with clients, therapists and healthcare professionals.


• Oversee day-to-day branch operations, inventory, equipment and facility needs.


• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee development.


• Monitor budgets, P&L, expenses and accounts receivable.


• Ensure quotes, orders, work orders, billing and service activities are completed accurately and on time.


• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer experience and branch performance.


• Create a positive, collaborative team culture where employees feel supported and accountable.

What You Bring

• Leadership experience in a customer-focused or operations environment.


• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.


• Experience managing employees, budgets and business operations.


• A customer-first mindset and ability to build strong relationships.


• Ability to balance people, priorities and business results.


• Experience in healthcare, mobility equipment or a related industry is an asset.
