• Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, machine installation, removal, collection operations, and employment in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Company.
• Confers with customers, employees, supervisors, and district office to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.
• Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
• Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of branch.
• Hires outside contractors for construction and carpentry work. Coordinates security operations.
• Handles customer complaints.
• Coordinates vehicle maintenance operations.
• Directs preparation of records.
• Recommends budgets to management.
• Manages subordinate supervisors who supervise employees in the collection, installation, and service and production departments.
• Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. 
• Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Experience in route-based business operations
• Experience with P&L and business financials Experience in a high volume/transactional environment
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
• Valid driver's license.
