Paladin Security is Hiring a Branch Mobile Security Guard!

Paladin Security Group is seeking a motivated and professional Branch Mobile Security Guard to join our team in Kingston, ON. This is a dynamic role that combines patrol responsibilities with client service, offering the chance to work independently while being part of Canada’s most respected security provider.

📍 Kingston, ON | 💼 Full-Time | 💰 $19.00/hour

Schedule: Continental Rotation (0800–2000 / 2000–0800)

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct mobile patrols and respond to security incidents across assigned sites
• Maintain communication with fellow guards, dispatch, clients, and management
• Document and investigate incidents, complaints, and deficiencies
• Ensure site staff comply with Paladin Security policies and procedures
• Provide timely reporting and documentation to shift leads and management
• Respond immediately to emergencies and coordinate actions per procedures
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, appearance, and client service
• Perform duties within the scope of federal, provincial, and municipal laws
• Additional duties as required

Must Have Criteria:

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid & CPR – Level C (WSIB-approved)
• Proof of two COVID-19 vaccinations
• Up-to-date immunization records (MMR, Varicella, TB Skin Tests – Step 1 & 2)
• Valid G-level driver’s license with a clean 3-year abstract
• Minimum 1 year of security experience
• English fluency (oral and written)
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to attend 5 days of blended pre-employment training at Kingston Branch (unpaid)

Nice to Have (Optional):

• Certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and/or Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)
• Willingness to complete Paladin’s UoF/MOAB training program if not already certified
• Commitment to remain in the position for at least 6 months following training
