About the Position

We are looking for enthusiastic, professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our high-end appliance client at educational sessions across Canada. The role includes assisting with attendee check-in and registration, ensuring smooth session flow and maintaining a clean event space.

Details

Date: April 14th - 18th, 2019

Hours: 7:45 AM – 9:30 PM, 3-30 MIN breaks (1.5 Hrs)

Meals: Will be provided

Location: The Westin Airport Hotel, 671 Aero Drive, Calgary, T2E 7Y5

Compensation: $20.00/hr (Hourly wage, training, setup)

Responsibilities

• Registering attendees upon arrival
• Interacting with the event attendees, assisting with survey completions
• Setting up the footprint of the activation
• Engage people in conversation, direct, and organize the flow of traffic

• Work as a team to ensure the activation runs smoothly

Requirements

• Minimum 1-year brand ambassador and/or customer service experience
• Have an outgoing and professional personality!
• Must be available for the training & setup, the day prior to activation
• Must be available for the FULL DAY of activation
• Ability to lift up to 35 Lbs.
• Candidate must provide their own black pants + black shoes
