The Opportunity: Brand & Growth MarketerÂ
We are looking for a Brand & Growth Marketer to own Fluent and it’s portfolio businesses show up in the market.Â
This role is responsible for elevating brand presence, redesigning and managing the website, leading major product and company launches, and building meaningful visibility across the industry. You’ll be a hands-on builder who can turn ideas into execution and act as a strong advocate for the business internally and externally.Â
This role works closely with group leadership, founders and operators across the group and our businesses.Â

What You’ll OwnÂ
Brand & Website OwnershipÂ
Lead the refresh and redesign of the company website(s), including structure, messaging, content, and visualsÂ
Own brand positioning, voice, and consistency across all customer-facing touchpointsÂ
Develop and maintain high-quality website and brand contentÂ
Partner with designers, developers, and external vendors as neededÂ
Launches & Go-To-MarketÂ
Plan and execute major product launches and go-to-market initiativesÂ
Build launch strategies that drive awareness, credibility, and excitement in the marketÂ
Translate product value into clear, compelling messagingÂ
Content & Marketing CommunicationsÂ
Create and oversee marketing content across web, launch assets, and communicationsÂ
Lead marketing communications and group-wide updatesÂ
Support leadership positioning through thought leadership, securing podcast exposure, and industry visibilityÂ
Events & Industry PresenceÂ
Support and help execute events, summits, and industry initiativesÂ
Own branding, messaging, and promotional support for eventsÂ
Help expand the company’s presence within its industry ecosystemÂ
Collaboration & AdvocacyÂ
Act as a strong internal advocate for the business and its growthÂ
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional partnersÂ
Bring structure, clarity, and momentum to marketing initiativesÂ
Â
Who You AreÂ
QualificationsÂ
1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand, growth, content, or a related roleÂ
Hands-on experience contributing to websites, brand assets, or marketing campaignsÂ
Strong storytelling, messaging, and content creation skillsÂ
Foundational knowledge of marketing fundamentals, including SEO, analytics, and digital performanceÂ
Experience using common marketing tools and platforms (e.g. CMS tools like Webflow/WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO tools, email or social tools)Â
Comfortable executing while learning, you don’t wait for perfect directionÂ
Excited to build, test, iterate, and grow alongside a scaling software businessÂ
Interest in B2B, SaaS, or technology-driven productsÂ
Nice-to-HavesÂ
Experience working in or alongside portfolio companies or high-growth environmentsÂ
Exposure to events, PR, or podcast outreachÂ
Experience managing agencies or freelance partnersÂ
