Position Overview
The Brand Experience Ambassador (BEA) is responsible for bringing Rennaï’s brand ethos to life through elevated client experiences, strong client engagement, inâdepth product knowledge, sensory storytelling, and the consistent representation of our values and service standards.
As a brand experience ambassador, acting as a key point of contact between clients and a portfolio of premium beauty brands across skincare, fragrance, and makeup, you will guide clients through meaningful discovery while delivering exceptional service and commercial performance within our dynamic luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
Sales Performance & Business Results
- Achieve, exceed, and track sales targets, including daily/monthly goals and eventâbased KPIs (SPH, conversion, client development, client capture, services, etc.)
- Drive brand awareness through confident product demonstrations and strong multiâbrand knowledge
- Support conversion through expert consultations and seamless crossâselling across brands, categories, and beauty universes
- Demonstrate mastery of client engagement at every interaction
- Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset within Rennaï guidelines to maximize commercial opportunities
Brand Expertise & Client Experience
- Serve as an inâstore reference for the overall Rennaï client experience and beauty offering, demonstrating a strong understanding of multiple brands, categories, and luxury rituals
- Deliver Rennaï’s enhanced client journey through warm welcomes, guided brand discovery, and thoughtful, personalized recommendations
- Translate brand stories into sensory experiences through luxurious and personalized moments, multiâbrand events, activations, and crossâstore experiences
- Uphold Rennaï service etiquette and consistently represent the aesthetic, energy, and hospitality of partner brands
- Foster an inclusive, calm, and welcoming environment rooted in Rennaï’s brand DNA
Operational Excellence & Brand Readiness
- Ensure all brand areas are clientâready from opening to closing, in line with Rennaï standards
- Maintain excellent tester hygiene and visual cleanliness throughout the day
- Support inventory management, including counts, rotations, stock levels, and timely replenishment
- Assist with the execution of visual merchandising updates, product launches, and marketing assets
- Maintain continuous communication with store leadership and Rennaï teams regarding operational needs or challenges
- Ensure refined, professional, and consistent communication with multiple brand partners and vendors, aligned with business priorities and ongoing activations
Leadership, Teamwork & Support

- Share product knowledge, service best practices, and selling techniques through supportive coaching and mentorship
- Demonstrate a positive, collaborative, and professional approach with all team members

Skills & Experience you will need
- Experience in beauty, brand, luxury retail, or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to authentically connect with clients
- Proven ability in brand storytelling and translating product knowledge into relevant recommendations
- Salesâdriven mindset with demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding KPIs
- High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail
- Ability to remain composed and effective in a fastâpaced luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multiâbrand, multiâcategory environment, with strong adaptability and sound commercial prioritization
- Comfort working retail schedules, including weekends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to safely lift up to 20–25 lbs (boxes, merchandising materials, product trays)

- Complete onboarding and brand immersion training (Rennaï history, service etiquette, universes, rituals)
- Demonstrate foundational knowledge of the brand assortment
- Deliver consistent client experiences aligned with Rennaï expectations
60 Days
- Demonstrate increased autonomy and confident presence on the sales floor
- Consistently contribute to sales goals through expert consultation and storytelling
- Maintain high operational standards and proactively communicate visual merchandising or inventory needs
90 Days
- Become a trusted ambassador of Rennaï’s brand and culture on the floor
- Achieve consistent performance across sales, service, and operations
- Provide insights and feedback to store leadership to optimize client experience and brand execution
