The Canadian Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing successful launch and post-launch brand plans and programs.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree is required. An MBA is a plus.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical marketing. Experience in Oncology/Rare Disease preferred. Budget and vendor management. Team player Expert understanding of Canadian pharmaceutical IMC Code of Conduct, legal, and regulatory requirements Outstanding leadership, team management, and presentation skills Launch experience a plus. Sales and market research experience a plus
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite.
Non-Technical Skills
Ability to lead without authority. Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A strong work ethic is required. Detail-oriented and excellent follow-through. Has the ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment. Has a passion for personal learning and development to be able to grow with the company. Cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within a multinational organization.
