Brand Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for marketing and content creation, a strong drive to generate organic traffic, and a dedication to increasing Vention’s brand awareness. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing email marketing campaigns, coordinating social media activities, supporting webinar preparations, coordinating translations, and overseeing SEO content.
 

Responsibilities:

• Email marketing: 

  • Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including weekly newsletters and automated series. 

  • Own and manage the email marketing platform and segmentation processes. 

  • Contribute to content-driven strategies to boost engagement and conversations through email channels. 

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.

• Social media: 

  • Collaborate with the brand manager to determine content themes and strategies for social media platforms. 

  • Write engaging social media content and work with graphic designers to produce all assets. 

  • Schedule, post and manage content across various social media channels. 

  • Collect and present performance data, offering insights for the brand manager to make recommendations for improvement based on competitive analysis.

• Blog and SEO:

  • Collaborate with the brand manager to identify relevant blog topics and determine appropriate content formats (e.g., long-form articles, short-form posts) 

  • Write and work closely with other copywriters to produce high-quality content, from leadership to technical pieces. 

  • Review and optimize blog content for SEO while keeping the nature of the piece.

• Translation

  • Coordinate translation efforts for marketing, product and sales as needed. 

  • Ensure translated content maintains consistency and accuracy with the original messaging.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media, and/or content creation.
• Proven experience in marketing and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The capacity to work in French is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in SEO principles and practices is a plus.
