Job Description - Branding and Marketing Manager

At HomeLife, we're transforming the real estate landscape with our Five-Star Luxury Brand and commitment to Higher Standards. We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing Branding and Marketing Manager to join our team. What This Role Entails:
  • Marketing Support: Assist in developing and executing exciting marketing strategies to promote our luxury brand across local, national, and global markets.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the management and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and fun content for various marketing channels, ensuring it aligns with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  • Event Coordination: Help plan and execute events to promote our brand and engage with key stakeholders in a lively and memorable way.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to bring fresh, fun ideas to the team.

Who We're Looking For:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on creative marketing, branding, and promotions.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills; proficiency in digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Personality: Self-motivated and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for marketing. Must be a team player with a positive attitude and strong organizational skills. Enthusiasm, an outgoing personality, and a love for rebranding are a must!
  • Branding Experience: Previous experience in branding or a strong passion for this field is essential.

Location: 3500 Dufferin Street, Toronto, ON
Salary: $60,000-$85,000 per year
Type: Full Time, On-Site (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
