Breakfast Server

Black Rock Oceanfront Resort is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Server to join our Food & Beverage team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about creating memorable guest experiences, enhancing our resort's reputation, and providing high-quality service in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to anticipate and meet guests' needs.


• Maximize food and drink revenue through excellent sales skills.


• Stay updated on industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading relevant publications, and maintaining a strong knowledge of our offerings.


• Assist with daily cleaning and weekly side duties to ensure a pristine environment for our guests.


• Communicate effectively with the Culinary and Front of House teams to maintain quality in both product and service.


• Complete cash handling and balancing tasks with accuracy and integrity.


• Follow beverage control and responsible serving guidelines.


• Share information on Black Rock Oceanfront Resort amenities, services, and local area attractions with guests.


• Comply with all Health & Safety and Security regulations.


• Adhere strictly to Black Rock Oceanfront Resort’s policies and procedures.
