Optiom is hiring a Broker Sales Representative to join our Calgary inside sales team. You will be on the front lines of our business: connecting with policyholders, supporting the broker partners who trust us, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the service standard that sets Optiom apart.

You do not need to have done this exact job before. But you will thrive here if you bring the right combination of drive, communication skill, and professional curiosity.

You Bring

• Active Level 1 General Insurance Licence (or on your way)


• 1–5 years in an inside sales, insurance, or financial services role


• Confident, professional phone presence and comfortable with volume


• A clear communicator who can simplify complex coverage concepts


• High attention to detail in processing and recordkeeping


• Self-motivated with a drive to hit and surpass targets

Bonus Points For

• Experience with specialty or embedded insurance products


• Background in automotive finance, dealer F&I, or MGA environments


• Familiarity with partner commission structures or earnings inquiries


• Bilingual in English and French
