We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Brokerage Assistant to support our brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and client support, assist brokers with daily tasks, and ensure smooth transaction processes. As a Brokerage Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficiency, accuracy, and excellent client service within our brokerage firm.
Assist brokers with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Prepare, review, and process documentation for transactions.
Maintain and update client records, contracts, and agreements.
Handle client communications, including scheduling meetings and responding to inquiries.
Support marketing efforts by preparing presentations, listings, and promotional materials.
Conduct market research and provide data to support broker decision-making.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions.
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience as a Brokerage Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Office Coordinator.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of brokerage, finance, or real estate operations is a plus.
