Building Services Worker Casual AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews

What you’ll do:

• Ensure ongoing efficient building performances
• Perform regular inspections of the building and its components
• Execute the Preventative, Restorative, Corrective and Capital maintenance program

What you’ll need:

• A post secondary trades certification in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other building trades certification would be an asset
• High computer literacy with MS office software and a functional familiarity with building maintenance and monitoring software
• Provide effective oversight and record keeping via the Computerized Maintenance Management System (eMaint) for building components, equipment service contracts, after hours emergency repairs and maintenance
• Physical stamina to sustain bending, lifting, and climbing
