Bulk Department Manager Full Time Day

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage the Department while performing key operational duties with your employees.
• Ensure you and your employees provide exceptional customer service.

• Order product, receive and manage inventory to ensure a good in stock position.
• Merchandise and maintain attractive product displays to provide a positive visual experience.
• Ensure a variety of consistent, fresh, quality products are on display.
• Adhere to all product rotation and cleaning requirements and schedules.
• Hiring, training, scheduling, motivating, and overseeing employees.
• Ensuring compliance with laws, company policy, the collective agreement, health and safety and food safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need to Succeed: d

• A solid focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in a retail or fresh food environment.

• Available to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends.

• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
• Previous managerial experience is beneficial but not required.

• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Food Handlers certificate is a plus.
