As of January 1, 2026, Conexus, Cornerstone, and Synergy credit unions have merged into one provincial credit union serving over 200,000 members in 57 branches across 50 Saskatchewan communities.  


We acknowledge that our Conexus offices and facilities are located on Treaty 2, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 10 lands. These are the traditional lands of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Lakota, Nakota and Saulteaux peoples, as well as the homeland of the Métis.  


The bigger picture 


We’re looking for a team player who thrives on developing relationships and providing creative solutions to come on board as a Business Advisor, Agriculture to assist our members in Humboldt and area.  The preferred locations for this position are Humboldt, Saskatoon and Prince Albert, however, this opportunity is open to any Conexus location within the area.


You will be providing needs-based holistic financial advice (e.g. credit and wealth solutions; cash management services to support banking and deposit management) to our agriculture members.  


How you’ll be spending your time



  • Providing needs based sales holistic financial advice and products to our agriculture members

  • Actively grow and manage a portfolio by identifying opportunities and taking action to expand member relationships

  • Keeping up-to-date on industry trends to have proactive advice-based conversations fueled by a passion to improve the financial well-being of our agriculture members

  • Build and market your personal brand within the local community to develop and sustain a strong, self-generated book of business

  • Making sure there’s a healthy balance between opportunity and risk and between growth and profitability for Conexus

The experience you bring



  • 3+ years of financial advisory experience 

  • Thorough understanding of financial statements and assessing risk

  • Strong credit underwriting ability  

  • Proven experience in business development, including identifying, pursuing, and converting growth opportunities

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Agriculture, Economics, or Finance is an asset


Salary range


$78,800 - $105,070 with 15% Short-Term Incentive Target
