TCS' proactive stance on climate change and award-winning work with communities across the world have earned it a place in leading sustainability indices such as the MSCI Global Sustainability Index and the FTSE4Good Emerging Index.Skills and Responsibilities: •Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst on the Salesforce CRM platform, with proven experience in requirements management on complex projects. •Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Business Analysis or equivalent experience •Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce CRM platform. •Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation, to support the management of GCS Ops enhancement backlog. •Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, able to explain and break down complex technical concepts for general understanding. •Great relationship management with internal clients and with peer groups by creating an open and trusting environment. •Previous experience in the insurance industry is an asset. •Active Salesforce Admin or BA certification preferred.Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
