Our Supply Ops Transformation team is dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial and is responsible for driving strategic growth that will help deliver an enhanced customer experience. We have direct responsibility for working across our CPO team in addition to other stakeholders across TELUS to develop roadmaps for key supply operations and logistics capabilities that directly impact how we deliver products and services to our customers.
You will join a team on a growth journey, supporting highly visible programs and owning key deliverables that help us progress towards our transformation to offer a more digital and seamless customer experience.
What you’ll do
We are looking for a driven, proactive, and results-oriented individual to join the team for the role of L2 Data Management.
Your mandate is to work across different stakeholder teams to understand how we can improve efficiency of our business processes and where there are opportunities to drive benefits both in the long and short term. In this role, you will help lead conversations to evaluate and understand costs and opportunities against current processes to support the development of improvement strategies. This includes creating and updating key process and policy documentations as well as collaborating across the team to document and track against key benefits opportunities.
We are looking for a proactive team member with a willingness to ask questions to understand business objectives and challenge the status quo, able to work collaboratively and confidently with multiple stakeholders, and will get deep in the data to create a strategy.
