B2B Sales Representative – Wagonmaster Group
Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: $80,000 (based on salary and commission) + mileage reimbursement + monthly car allowance Reports To: Sales Manager

Job Summary
At Wagonmaster Group, sales drives everything. This is not an order-taking role. We are looking for a disciplined B2B Sales Representative who can build accounts, manage a defined territory, and consistently grow revenue through relationship-based selling.
You will own your territory end-to-end — prospecting, account management, live product demonstrations, and long-term customer growth. Success in this role comes from trust, structure, and execution.

What You’ll Do
Own and grow a defined B2B sales territory in the Richmond Hill area
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Represent the Wagonmaster & BG brands with credibility and confidence
Conduct live product demonstrations that clearly communicate value
Train and coach customers on product use, sales processes, and retention strategies
Develop and execute territory sales plans with measurable revenue targets
Identify and address risks such as declining sales, competitive activity, or customer concerns
Track activity, mileage, expenses, and performance accurately using the company CRM
Communicate clearly with management and teammates regarding wins, challenges, and opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Preferred 2 years of B2B sales or business development or Automotive maintenance industry experience
Valid driver’s license and comfort working in the field
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business software (Microsoft Office)
Automotive industry experience is a strong asset and may outweigh other qualifications

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods
Ability to conduct live product demonstrations and customer training
Occasional lifting and transport of product (approximately 20–30 lbs)
