• 5–7 years of proven success in business development or consultative sales, preferably in the security industry or related B2B services.


• Demonstrated ability to win new business in complex, competitive markets and achieve or exceed revenue targets.


• Strong strategic sales skills: prospecting, relationship building, solution design, negotiation, and closing.


• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite and senior decision-makers.


• Strong business acumen with an ability to align client needs to organizational capabilities.


• Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics, Salesforce) and advanced MS Office skills.


• Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.
