Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the Manager, Business Development & Key Accounts, is responsible for overseeing business development (BD) activities for the Interior BC region.
Role Overview
The Business Development & Relationship Manager will be based out of the Kelowna office and work closely with the Regional Operations Manager, to understand the local client market, participate in existing and new client meetings, attend association events and exhibitions, and ensure business development efforts are aligned with operational capacity and regional priorities. The role also carries a functional reporting relationship to Regional Client Manager – BC, who will support training and onboarding, alignment with provincial business plans and sector strategies, goalâsetting and performance metrics, and ongoing coaching. As part of the BC Business Development / Client Manager team, the role will actively participate in regular team meetings, including weekly activity reporting, project opportunity updates, and market intelligence sharing.
