Job Title: Business Development Executive
Job Type: In-office + Travel (must be located in Winnipeg)
Travel: Estimated travel of less than 25% within MB / SK / NWO
Reports to: Sales Manager
Pay: ~$90k/base + 40% commission (paid based on hitting quarterly targets)
About: We are partnered with an established and growing Industrial Automation Manufacturing company with two offices in Canada, working under a US-based parent company, to help them bring on another talented BDE!
We're looking for a strong sales candidate with experience in full-cycle sales, ideally in the electrical/automation/manufacturing space, to join them out of their Winnipeg HQ!
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Manage key accounts and sales forecasting
-Develop new client relationships
-Understand the competitive landscape
-Engage with clients and review project requirements
-Execute sales efforts ethically and professionally
-Focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
-2+years of Account management/sales experience required
-Familiarity with the electrical and automation industry
-Ability to speak at a technical level with industrial clients and offer a value-add sell
-University Degree or College Diploma in an electrical-related field is preferred
-Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills required
- Experience in data/tech migration is an asset
