The Role

You will strengthen client relationships, open doors in new markets, and contribute to company-wide initiatives that shape Normac’s national presence.

Job Responsibilities



Drive Revenue Growth



  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities to support corporate and regional revenue goals.

  • Meet individually with prospective clients to clearly articulate the value, benefits, and strategic advantages of our services.

  • Deliver engaging presentations and educational seminars that inform potential clients and foster strong, lasting relationships.



Build and Strengthen Strategic Relationships



  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with real estate professionals, property managers, and key industry associations to support sustained business growth.

  • Represent Normac at strategically selected industry events and networking opportunities across BC and other priority markets, ensuring a visible and credible presence.

  • Maintain consistent, proactive communication and follow-up with clients to reinforce satisfaction, strengthen trust, and support long-term retention.



Lead Marketing Initiatives & Brand Growth



  • Develop and execute marketing strategies designed to increase brand awareness and generate high-quality leads.

  • Oversee marketing initiatives and content creation, ensuring brand consistency and integrity across all platforms.

  • Support campaign planning, coordination, and post-event follow-up to maximize return on investment.



Support Team Development & Organizational Growth



  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and constructive feedback to junior team members to support their growth and performance.

  • Contribute to cross-regional growth initiatives and company-wide projects as required.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as required.



Skills and Qualification Requirements



  • Positive, high‑energy, and professional attitude with a strong commitment to exceeding client expectations.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a diploma in a marketing‑related field will also be considered.

  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, marketing, or event coordination.

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and goals.

  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, including confident presentation abilities.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

  • Self‑starter with a strong drive to succeed, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.

  • Experience managing projects from inception to completion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Outlook, and similar platforms.

  • Experience using CRM software (an asset).

  • Graphic design experience (an asset).



Additional Requirements



  • Must have a dependable motor vehicle to complete duties and responsibilities. All business-related driving will be reimbursed in accordance with Normac’s kilometre reimbursement policy

  • Must be able to safely lift, move, and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs, and remain on your feet for extended periods as required.

  • Must be willing and able to travel within BC and to other markets to support client meetings, industry events, and business development initiatives.

Salary Range


The salary range for this position is $80,000–$100,000, based on experience. Beyond this competitive starting range, you will have clear opportunities for salary growth as you advance in the role, along with performance‑based bonus incentives that reward strong results.
