Job Description - Business Development Manager (9572)

Who They Are
We are working with a market leader in the commercial pump space. They are a privately-held, leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing products. They need a Business Development Manager to oversee their energy upgrade lines based in Toronto market driving spec. Compensation for this role is strong with a low 6-figure base and an annual bonus program.

What You'll Do


  • Provide market coverage to ensure segment growth and customer support

  • Support the development of key relationships with consulting engineers

  • Coordinate all facets of the sale of company products and services

  • Facilitate interactive workshops and training activities


What You'll Need


  • Degree in engineering

  • 10+ years of experience in sales/business development

  • Proven track record of success in HVAC-related industry
