Responsibilities you will learn with us:

• Manage all aspects of the automotive financing and insurance process, including securing financing, selling aftermarket products, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

• Work closely with sales team members to identify customer needs and offer appropriate financing and insurance solutions.

• Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms and rates for customers.

• Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding financing options, terms, and conditions.

• Review and analyze credit applications to determine approval or denial based on established criteria.

• Present and explain financing and insurance options to customers in a clear and professional manner.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate completion of all paperwork and documentation.

Work with the other finance managers at your location to create and foster a positive and welcoming environment.

We always value experience, but for this role we will also consider the right individual with organizational skills and any potentially relevant experience.

Previous experience with PBS Dealer Software and with First Canadian Insurance products is considered an asset.
