With LayerZero's simple, generic messaging protocol, builders will develop cross-chain dApps designed to unify the power of individual blockchains.

We have built and launched the first dApp, Stargate, a fully composable native asset bridge that will allow users to swap one asset to another securely and without additional fees.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As we continue to grow at LayerZero, we're faced with an exciting set of challenges: more data, more developers, more teams, more projects, and more opportunities for innovation. To tackle these problems head-on, we're expanding our business operations team.

As a Business Operations Specialist at LayerZero, you'll be an integral part of the Special Projects team for a company that's making a real impact in the web3 space. You'll work closely with teams and leaders to uncover insights, drive decision-making, and fuel our next-generation products and services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Contribute to strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership.
• Fostering positive relationships to instill trust and communication across departments.
• Research and recommend new and revised policies and business strategies, projects and paths.
• Managerial and administrative responsibilities across a diverse range of activities.
