Job Description

CEDA is currently seeking a motivated and professional Business Services Administrator based out of our Fort McMurray, Alberta location. This position will be a one-year contract.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing full time coverage of our front desk! You will be the first point of contact helping answer phones, distribute mail and greet visitors as they arrive.
  • Complete general administrative tasks to keep the office running. These tasks include maintaining visitor logs, coordinating shared office spaces, managing mail, managing office supplies, filling documents all with accuracy and efficiency!
  • Help maintain business licenses, directories and certificates
  • Support client billing by capturing daily services orders and enter them in the client billing system (Fieldglass)
  • Assist our turnaround team with booking training, new employee onboarding, billing, etc.
  • Help our office with recognition and events, such as site safety recognition and Christmas appreciation gifts
  • Receive purchase requisition requests and enter accurately into Dynamics AX creating purchase orders
  • Develops and maintains positive internal and external customer relations
  • Provide other administrative support as required

Role Specifications:

  • 2+ years in an administrative or related role is required
  • A high school diploma is required
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Fieldglass is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio is an Asset

  • Strong organization, prioritization, and problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • You are highly motivated and proactive; eagerly accepting new challenges
